The program for the February meeting of the Brownwood Quilters Guild was presented by Doris Rice, The Quilting Queen. Doris demonstrated Penny Haren's book, "Pieced Applique". It is a fun technique that uses freezer paper and glue sticks to make very precise and intricate looking blocks.
Doris brought her finished quilt (shown above) to show the end result. Beautiful! Thanks Doris.
