May 2016 Show & Tell

Starting this month's Show and Tell is Joy Ivy. She made a cute "Hash Tag" # quilt for a graduation gift.

  Vickie Mazurek shows a Wee Care baby quilt she made for the Brownwood Hospital.
 She made this throw size quilt from a Cotton and Steel layer cake and will be donating it to a group of ladies in Eastland County who make "Love Covers" for the sick and homeless in their area.

  Vickie presented Connie Hart with a pink deer wall-hanging she donated for the silent auction at the Buckmasters Banquet held May 21st

Millie made this Labyrinth quilt from batiks.
 Millie Schwab showed a quilt she made to raise money for the Brown County Animal Shelter.  The quilt is on display at Quilter's Hideout at 923 Early Blvd in Early, TX

 The big winner for the BOM pillowcase challenge last month was Muriel Lamkin, she turned in 25 pillowcases and won a $50 gift certificate to the Quilters’ Hideout.
